I've had an interest in computers since the early 1970's when I was introduced to them in the Navy. I was a Main Console operator on large, mainframe computers for about 20 years. In the early 80's, I was drawn to the "new technology" of personal home computers, and enjoyed learning about them. In 1997 I left the mainframe industry behind and went to work for a well-respected global organization doing Desktop Support as a Systems Administrator. In March of 2005 I accepted an early retirement and relocated to Three Lakes, WI. With much encouragement from friends and family, especially the enthusiastic support of my wife, I'm offering my expertise to you...the reader with a computing problem you can't solve on your own.
